What You'll Be Doing

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional service experience while helping our technicians stay productive.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers and discussing their vehicle service needs
• Scheduling appointments and answering incoming phone calls
• Preparing repair orders and service estimates
• Explaining recommended repairs and maintenance in a clear, professional manner
• Ordering parts and coordinating repair timelines with technicians
• Following each repair from customer check-in through vehicle delivery
• Helping maintain an organized, efficient service department

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will have:

• Previous customer service experience
• Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• A positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service
• Automotive knowledge is beneficial but not required

Compensation & Schedule

• $40,000–$80,000 per year, based on experience and skill level
• Full-time employment
• Monday through Friday schedule
• No weekends
